Amazing service, staff are SO helpful and friendly and take amazing care of you. The hotel is so cozy and the location is literally a 5 minute walk from anywhere you might want to visit! Staff helped us with everything from regular requests to making reservations/arranging transportation, restaurant recommendations.

Hospitality , very welcoming atmosphere and the staffs are great and so helpful . You really feel that every one is given the right attention and they are ready to take the extra step to help u . The location is perfect and the room I have got has a beautiful view at the Dior shop . Breakfast is very good .

This is our 3rd visit to this hotel we always come back. The hotel is very cosy and has a warm hospitality. The service is great. We had a medical emergency and the staff were very helpful.

It felt like we were staying in a home not a hotel but with all the services although there was no room service aside from a fabulous breakfast but we had a kitchen that we prepared our meals The location is the best right in the middle of florence two minutes from the duomo and luxury shopping boutiques at the door of the hotel

first class location, meters from Piazza della Repubblica. beautiful stylish old building with large rooms & plenty of space. Excellent friendly helpful staff who can provide top notch restaurant recommendations & bookings.

The breakfast was delicious, easy to order, delivered promptly by courteous staff who set it up on my table. The location was perfect. Not far from the train station, restaurants and popular attractions.
